write place,write time.....

im taking an online journaling class...it is really fun,and its so nice to feel like im in school again,it gets your mind and your hands really working...and i can go at my own pace....im on page 6!

birthday trip.........

this weekend we went to the city to the Met. we had such a wonderful day to celebrate my birthday...we walked around for about seven hours,and we can just never get enough!... the highlight of the day was this sweet man who was sketching in the sculpture garden... he was wonderful... we enjoyed a terrific day,i hope you all had a nice weekend!

busy bee,,,,,,,,,,,,,

ive been such a busy bee lately...my school year is coming to an end,(but no rest for the weary,i have these kids all summer long) and it was my litle guys birthday last week,we had a kung fu panda party...the kids had a blast,and the movie was terrific, except my panda cupcakes started to wilt because it was soooo hot last weekend!..hope you all enjoy your summer weekends!

new treasures.....

yesterday we took a trip up to lambertville n.j. and new hope p.a....here are some of the treasures i found...i cant decide which one is my favorite!

fundraiser...

i just finished this antique school desk that i made for my son's school fundraiser. i had all the kids draw in a one inch square and then i decoupaged them all over the desk and added my own embellishments...i hope it raises some good money!
